Rubber Compound formulation : What is PHR ?

Compound unit for Rubber Compounder 

PHR - parts per hundred Rubber 
PHR is unit of measure that all compounder use it .The unit is weight of ingredient of polymer and others. 

 Below is the sample how it use in formulation ;

Polymer   100 phr
Filler                      50 phr
Activator 3 phr
Antidegradents/Antioxidant   3 phr
Oil              5-25 phr
Cure agent     
5-10 phr
